What is Zawadi Farm merch, and where does it come from? Zawadi Farm Toronto merch is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Our Signature line (jackets, hoodies, and tees) is produced by a UK-based manufacturing partner; our Basics line and accessories (tees, beanies, blankets, pillow cases) are made in-house in Montreal, Canada by a Canadian print-on-demand studio. Every purchase supports Zawadi Farm's urban agriculture work at Downsview Park in Toronto.
How long does production take? Because everything is made to order rather than pulled from stock, production time varies by product — most Signature items are handmade and dispatched within 1–2 business days, while Basics and accessory items typically take a few business days depending on the piece. The exact estimated production window is listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take? Once produced, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location and which product line you ordered. Signature items ship internationally from the UK; Basics and accessories ship from Canada, so delivery to Canadian and US addresses is usually the fastest. International orders outside North America can take longer.
Do you ship outside Canada? Yes — both of our production partners ship worldwide.
What sizes are available? Sizing varies by product and is shown on each product page. Because items are made to order, we recommend checking the size chart before ordering, as we're unable to offer free exchanges for sizing (see below).
Can I return or exchange an item? Because every item is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us through our contact page and we'll make it right.
What are the products made of? Materials vary by item and are listed on each product page — from soft-spun blends for tees and beanies to heavier fabrics for outerwear. Look for the "Materials" section on the specific product you're viewing.
Where does the money from merch go? Proceeds support Zawadi Farm, a working urban farm, café, and event venue at Downsview Park in Toronto, Ontario — helping fund community food access programs, farmer training, and our CSA.
